Upper body exercise with injury?

I have a rotator cuff injury..mostl just niggling but I am doing the physio so it doesn't get any worse.
For a week now I have done only lower body stuff, I tried a set of press ups and they irritated the shoulder again. But it's very frustrating, I can't do weight work because I can't hold them. Any ideas?
