Hi all, have been a member for years and lost, found it difficult to maintain, went on medication had surgery etc etc
So I am back, logging which I hate but doing low carb, started last week but had to be on bread in order to get an 'Am I coeliac blood test?' yesterday, have now cut that out.
I am also vegetarian and soya intolerant so still learning my low carb diet.

I have yo-yoed for years, sadly i put on 4 st in 16 months through just feeling down . sat on sofa eating crap. it is tedious logging food , i try to keep carbs low. im interested in the whole vegetarian thing, upsets me when i think of the animals . only day two of my lifestyle change and doing ok but struggling to meet the calorie allowance.good luck

Hi fellow low carb eater here. I lost 21lbs and regained nearly half of it in a few months. This year my thinking is slightly more carbs (around 50g/day), slower loss and easier maintenance....that's the plan anyway - feel free to add me, my diary is public.0
