This is beyond yummy.

btw one cauliflower was about 1lb..I made a third of the recipe but next time will get in more cauliflower and freeze soup portions.

    hmmm, sounds really good. I will have to try it.

    I made a yummy cauliflower mash (like mashed potatoes) the other night. I just steamed a head of cauliflower (cut up), with a bit a celtic sea salt for seasoning, then added in 1 cup of 0% fat Fagi plain yogurt, garlic, pepper (to taste) and a dash of I can't believe its not butter spray (to taste) and it was super yummy!
