Yes as it really helps, but not on the day when it feels like my insides are falling out and my period is so hgeavy I don't dare move :( this is ususally the 2nd/3rd day so I just count it as a rest day

OMG!! OP here :) I expected barbells 'cos all the trainig stuff people poiinted me in the direction of last week was barbell based! I am a beginner yes, have been inspired by people on here and fitocracy to try to get from skinny to skinny fit :) I want strength too, and especially core strength which i am working on…

I am Claire, I hate it, I hate having only one syllable, and hate that no-one can every spell it. I do however like that when I go abroad people can say it, unlike my husband Richard and my mum Heather..In France and Germany they really struggle with those.

Actually.. I have just looked at my reports..doing the sums I should be eating about 51g of protein again (weight in kg x .8) apart from a very few days i eat much more than that! Averaging at least 60.. its set at 30% on my macros because I don't eat huge amounts of grainy carbs so I only average about 40 % carbs..

Thanks, protein is not tha bad! , I am vegetarian, but can't eat more cheese eggs and nuts without the added calories taking me way over my target!. It is set at 30 which is quite high I think..
