Thanks for the advice, I am really not sure what my TDEE is..and really not sure about calories used whilst swimming in open water.. Will eat a bit more tomorrow then

Thanks for the input. My main exercise is swimming, more often than not in the sea or a loch so I think the processes are somewhat different to say strength training and the estimating of the calories is very much an estimate! So I will drink more and make sure I eat up to my 1500 calorie target and see how it goes!

Thanks, I think that's what I want to hear..it will happen..

Er...always. Most uk cars are manual and so we all pass our tests on a manual ( if you pass in an automatic you can only ever drive one) not hot just normal!

I don't weight myself daily but I know the week before I begin to bloat up andi takes a week to go :( I am usually really hungry the couple of days before , but like a pp now that if I avoid carbs like the plague I can get through it. Very much so, was brought up a Christian, stayed as a fairly non thinking one until about 5 years ago when I realised that really it didn't answer any questions or ..well whole load of stuff.. When I first left the church I meant to explore non Christian spirituality as I felt the need for it in my life, but never did and…

Hmm thanks, I am eating about 1500 calories so not super low, and although breastfeeding my daughter eats plenty of other stuff. She's a bit variable too so I don't tend to allow myself extra calories for it. I am supplementing iron as I know it's an issue for me Have opened diary :)

I am low on calories today so tried this, adding a tablespoonful of almond nut butter too, and did not need any sweetener. Yummy!

I gues this is variable depending on the person but 2 eggs, scrambled or hard boiled plus tea and coffee (and water) keeps me going until mid day if i am not too active

Salads with legumes :) chickpeas, kidney beans etc all make lovely salads. Is there a microwave? Last nights leftovers can work very well.

Yes it is. Hope you are ok.

I have some and have used it in stewing fruits and it's worked very well with no 'taste'. I am aware that the purer the form the better but as I am using about 2 teaspoons a week I am not too concerned!

I eat wheat and gluten free because I have very painful heavy periods (endometriosis) and cutting out the wheat and gluten cures it. I also get less mood swings and less fatigue..works for me. I do eat rice, I don't eat gluten free subs becausethey tend to be loaded with sugar UNLESS someone has bought something in…

And you do sweat in the pool! it is important to be aware of that and to drink. I swim alot and am always starving after swimming.
-
You might be able to, personally I am not able to. I can eat fruit and dairy but any grains or refined sugar and cravings start. I think it's a matter of what you can tolerate. Cutting out refined sugar is always a good thing though! Good luck

I am 5'6 and currently 65.7 kg (145 lbs) my target is 62 (136 lbs) , the problem being that although that is a great weight for me people start saying that I look thin and a bit u healthy at that weight! It would take me down to a comfortable uk 10.

I made the skinny cupcakes from the website and they were lovely, though still 167 calories a pop!

Yep use mine all the time, I find it very useful to weigh out my portion of family dishes I have cooked and also it makes calorie counting possible
