No idea, I was very sick each time though and lost in the first 16 weeks, I was back in normal clothes by 6-8 weeks post baby all three times. Breastfeeding can really help with weight loss but can also make you hungry, you need to watch what you eat.

Just done day two of level one, without weights as I am going to get them later, and omg I ache. I have a very delicate lower back which is why I have started without weights and I also do box press ups until I have my physios all clear for others. Due to a problem with my abductor muscle in one thigh I can only do a few…

MAssively proud of myself to have finished day one, I did box press up and only 1 section of jumping jacks, i ran on the spot instead. And as yet no weights, will not add them until i can do all the arm movements easily as they would strain the back more :( A few niggles from my back but so far no worse than going for a…

I have been veggie for ages and find this question really hard as I can't think not veggie. Go to any bookshop or library and there will be plenty of books. Also Google is your friend :) i try to avoid our diet being pasta heavy so that takes a bit more thinking about but you are welcome to have a look through my diary for…

Have never seen coconut milk except in a tin in the uk. I drink some soya, some almond and some hemp :) the approach almond and hazelnut are quite sugar heavy but you can get unsweetened almond. Try a health food shop or a superstore Tescos for lotsofoptions. I have tried oat milk. Ut couldn't get used to that at all

For me the major cause of inflammation is grains..I eat no wheat and occasional oats and my endometriosis, which is an inflammatory disease, virtually disappears :) cutting out most of the sugar also helps stabilise blood sugar. I am veggie so eat legumes but have no side effects that I am aware of. Just going to read up…

Congratulations! Tbh unless you are significantly overweight I would eat healthily and to appetite during pregnancy. As I remember the body's extra demands during pregnancy are actually really small something like 200 calories a day (though don't quote me, it's been a while!) have lots of fruit and veggies good fats and…

I use hemp oil, very natural aNd although at first it feels heavy you soon get used to it and how much to wear. If not Lush dream cream which is amazing on sensitive skin
-
I never never wear make up, tried it in my youth, looked like someone else and felt painted. My mum never wears it either.
-
Bump, sounds yummy!

Ditto! I am eating 1500 calories and a 100 or so more when I exercise but still not losing weight..ough I have lost CMOS from round my waist I think I need to change my macros but not sure how to!
-
if you must have it I would make your own..much cheaper..milk of whatever your preference is and 3 tsps of drinking chcoclate powder.... Am I the only one who is happy with a drink of water and a banana?

Thank you!
-
But it is much more sweat enduring and trying than that seems to imply!
-
Thanks OP, soemthing that occurred to me in the middle of the night is that there is a psychological issue going on here..you know you should eat for example 1500 calories a day..great and then you exercise and it's gone up to 1700..eek.. For some of s that is hard to compute. So it would be far better is MFP took away…

Personal preference but no Pink...hate it! And only fluorescent colours for outdoors for running and cycling in the dusk/dark.

Something to be aware of is that a build up of lactic acid in your milk can cause a taste change that a baby might object to! So just be aware if baby starts being fussier :)
