I sometimes take metamucil as a fibre supplement, used to take it every day. I would drink the drink and then at least two more glasses of water to get everything moving. Really helped fight bloating and make me regular. However, make sure you drink a lot of water with it otherwise you'll gain weight like the above poster

Vegas will not give you a fridge. Lol I travel for a living, so it is quite different from vacation. All that is telling you is that her heart rate is higher than yours, and thus HER HEART is working harder. That could be for a number of reasons, maybe you're in better shape and your heart is more efficient. Maybe she is comfortable at a higher heart rate than you? Maybe you recover more quickly? Not everyone is the same.

I'm not debating that I am overweight, but at a BMI of about 31 in this photo, I would be classified as obese, but competing regularly as a national team athlete. Just debating the general statement of BMI as an indicator of health.

So are you worried about a tampon falling out during weighted squats? That has never happened to me. Truthfully I'd be more concerned about something slipping out during wide leg jumping squats..... If you jump really high and land flat flooted..... Or something like that. Edit to fix a hilarious typo. Lol
