I have a very high histamine count and find soy does not work for me. Many protein powders make me react too. Of course so does beer, but come on now. Let's not get crazy! For some reason the canned items are raising a flag with me too. Turkey has been the greatest protein for me :) Good luck!

This thread is crazy. Est more. I am 5'9" and eat about 1800 per day. Have been losing 1.5 lbs per week. I work out 5-6 times a week, but always have. I am a fit fat girl en route to just being fit (and less fat).

Sodium will only be an issue if you are eating processed foods. Sandwich meat is a killer. Cottage cheese (unless you get no salt). Sauces and dressings. Mrs Dash is a great seasoning replacement. Cook your own meats. Don't eat anything out of a can.

I am currently 6lbs lighter than I was on Friday morning..... TOM started Saturday. I have to weigh myself every day otherwise I would lose my mind with these fluctuations. Edit to add: plus I started a new heavy lift cycle last Wednesday and that always keeps my weight up for 3-4 days then I get a big whoosh.

This is gonna be harsh, but your food selections are terrible. I'm not even going to start arguing about the fact that 1200 calories is way too low, because you need to work on eating better food first. I eat more protein in a morning snack than you eat all day.

I think they taste more like peas than cabbage. Roasting them gives a very different flavour though.

Your food diary only goes back 3 days so I'm not sure how long you have been sustaining this, but if you think 1.5 meals a day is sustainable, I think you have real food issues. That is not a healthy way to live and certainly does not match up with what you have said your goals are.

Yes! This sounds weird, but it works. Get a capful of hydrogen peroxide (the kind you use to clean wounds, etc) and some q tips. Lay down on your back with a towel underneath you.
