Hi Olivia, just want to make sure I have done this right. I'm 35, 5'2", weigh 140 lbs and lightly active. BMR=1286 1286x1.3=1672 1286+1000=2286-1672=614 So how many calories should I be aiming to eat? I really want to try this as I have been losing very slowly lately and I'm so close to my goal now.

Well, I am close to my goal weight. I have lost about 38.8 lbs so far with WW. Right now I weigh 141.4 and I would like to be at 125, so I only have 16.4 lbs left to lose. But I am thinking I may want to go down to 120. I'm going to wait and see how I feel when I reach 125 first and go from there.

For me its chocolate, but I do love chips and dip too!

My WI is Wednesday mornings. I do not work out before it. As for WI rituals I wear yoga pants and a light t-shirt. I also make sure all my pockets are empty and I take off my glasses as well. LOL. I don't eat or drink anything till after I WI too. Also and I know this is probably silly but when I get there I go to the…

I've been doing WW for over a year now and I enjoy it very much. I like that you can eat what you want within moderation of course. It doesn't feel like a diet it is more of a life style change and having a WI once a week is perfect for me. I do it online as well as I go to the meetings too, which I find very helpful and…

I am doing Weight Watchers and MFP...I like Weight Watchers because you can eat what you want but in smaller portions. I've been on it since September and have lost 35.5 pounds so far. I still need to lose another 20 pounds but it's working for me. Not sure how much it would cost you there. I live in Canada and it cost…

No, I have not done Turbo Jam. I will have to check that one out too I guess...I will try out Turbo Fire first though.

I am hoping to buy Turbo Fire very soon. I can't wait to try it out!!

I have a Weight Watchers scale that I bought at Walmart and it's great!

Can I join you ladies or is it too late? I gained 3 pounds this week due to TOM, so that was very frustrating. I'm hoping next week my weigh in will be better. I am currently 151 trying to get to 125.

I want to get a Heart Rate Monitor too, but I'm not sure what kind to get myself. I want one that tells me how many calories I've burned.

Sure you can add me as well. nikki_loves_daisies@hotmail.com (Nikki Smith-Brennan)

Hi I've been on WW since September 15th and I do have to agree with you about the message boards! I definitely don't like the way they are set up at all... 1).I don't know of any way to change it so you can use your exercise points instead of your weekly points. If there was a way I would be changing it myself. And…
