I don't find much use out of the WW boards... infact I think their method of boards is dumb! lol ... So I was wondering for you WWers that are using both sites, if maybe you can give me some insight?
1) is there a way to use their site where I am not swapping my exercise points AFTER my weekly points? I would rather use my execise points over my weekly points? As well is there a way to stop them from accumulating? ... they accumulate through the week, I would much rather just know what I have for the day and when that day is done they are gone?
2) If I eat my weekly allowance points will I lose at a slower rate? ..
3) is there a way to convert calories burned into Activity points? I bought a HRM and it just seems to much work to have to go through "how I am feeling" during each exercise when I can use my HRM and it tells me what i've burned.

Hi I've been on WW since September 15th and I do have to agree with you about the message boards! I definitely don't like the way they are set up at all...
1).I don't know of any way to change it so you can use your exercise points instead of your weekly points. If there was a way I would be changing it myself. And unfortunately I don't think there is any way you can stop them from accumulating.
2). If you use your weekly points you will still lose weight. I almost always use all mine and I still lose...it hasn't slowed down for me. As long as I drink lots of water and exercise 4 to 5 times a week I still lose at a good rate. I find the only time my weight loss slows down is when I don't exercise or drink lots of water and of course TOM really slows it down.
3). Converting calories burned into activity points I'm not sure how you would do that. Which sucks! (That's why I like MFP better for tracking exercise). Unfortunately WW doesn't count calories with the new Points Plus Program. I just select the activities I do through out the day and put in how much time I spent doing them and it gives me my total activity points.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help. I hate to say it but, MFP is a much better site then WW!0 -

I actually found out how, you can go to settting in your points tracker and change it there.. you can change it so it uses your activity points first, and you can change it so it doesn't accumulate.0 -
That's great thanks, I think I'm going to try that out for sure!0
