Hi My son was born 8/16 and I also have a daughter that just turned two on 8/15. I had a csection and I'm not able to fully exercise yet, but I am walking about 30 minutes a day. I am starting my diet tomorrow and just looking for support buddies. I dont think one can have to many lol. Rina
