I was going to flame you because the more you keep posting, the more it shows you have no idea. But after I had been lifting only a few months, I also had some misconceptions about weight lifting. Revisit this topic when you can deadlift 2x your body weight.

So Olympic lifts like the snatch and clean & jerk are "too heavy"? What about the last rep of a set of heavy deadlifts? Or a deadlift 1RM attempt?

I find it ironic that xylitol is allowed. Many people react adversely to it. But not very surprising, as I would assume anything called "The Virgin Diet" would be yet another suckers' diet.

Calorie counting works when done (somewhat) accurately because energy balance is energy balance. Clean eating works when it happens to keep the user in a calorie deficit. It's ok, just don't be caught working out between 8:11 and 8:13pm. That's when you can cause serious muscle damage. If you start after 8, make sure to just take a pause at 8:11 and then resume after 8:13. Be very careful.
