That's great info! Dairy causes eczema, stomach issues, and behavioral problems in my kids. We've severely cut down on dairy products and are finding ways to cut down even more because I realized if milk was so good for us, why are my kids' bodies rejecting it like this?

I don't tend to eat until lunchtime because I'm simply not hungry until then. I feel better on the days I don't eat breakfast for some reason--more energetic. I figure that as long as I'm listening to my body and eating healthy and the right amount of calories through the day, it doesn't matter when I'm eating.

I figure out what I'm really craving (sometimes its salty, sometimes sweet) and have a little. That way I don't mindlessly eat, and there's no reason not to give in, in moderation!

Why can't it be both? I can be thin and still occasionally eat something that tastes even better. I just can't have 2 servings or have it every day! I refuse to completely give up bacon.

Short-term goal, I just want to fit into the pants I bought after I had my last baby. They were 2 sizes larger than I normally wear and I planned on only needing to wear them until I lost the baby weight, but instead I gained weight and they don't fit. Once they fit again, I'll know I'm making progress!
