I'm overweight (now) but I was obese with my son. My OB didn't recommend anything other than a balance diet. I don't want to gain as much as I did with my son though. It was too much. I've switched my diary settings to maintain for now and I don't think I can eat as much as it suggests. I'm going to try for 17-1800 for now…

Seems we're on opposite sides of the coin! I love to cook, bake, and create healthy and delicious foods so I have the food thing down.. it's the darn fitness I have issues with!! Maybe we can help each other out!

They had me on the max dosage (I was severely depressed when I was with my ex and suffer with anxiety still) and I had to wean myself off quickly because I lost my insurance. I agree with all of the above posters plus.. this may be a personal question but have you thought about where you are on your cycle? I always gain about a pound back during ovulation and right before my period.

At my highest weight I was 300, dropped to 220, went back up to 283 (ouch) and started back on MFP at 261. My current is 168 but I still have quite a way to go. Feel free to add if you're needing some extra support! I log daily and my diary is open!

I have broader shoulders and narrow hips so I'm not entirely sure where I fall category wise but my profile pic was taken yesterday and my weight is 168.8 down from my highest of 300 and start weight (Aug 28th 2013) of 261.
