I asked her food...and it is mainly carbs and around 1200 calories.. in total..but this is only a rough estimate... her height is 5"2(160 cm) and weighs right now around 73 kilos (160 pounds)... I have asked her to measure the size next time for accurate reading...but the food probably has a lot of spices and added oils...…

yes she is freaking out ...this is her heaviest it seems... she never has ever crossed 70 kgs :O... I don't want her to gain because of the wrong advice I give... I do realize different bodies have different ways of losing..and what works for me may not work for her!

I suppose you log it in...because it does effect your weekly calorie goal...and is probably important in the longer run... And it is your cheat day so don't feel too bad ..and don't binge too much maybe ;)

I do this with white rice as well... use cooking spray or a tbs of olive oil...> add in dry red chili ( depending on how spicy you want it) and few spices like cinnamon sticks, cardamom and cloves (1 or 2 of each)... sauté it> then add in half an onion that is finely chopped....after you sauté add in 1/4 tsp coriander…

I do 30 ds with 1.5 kg weights along with running as long as i can (minimum of 20 minutes) and when I can I do add in zumba.... My arms are not very strong( push ups are a struggle) and past month has been a first for me with weights.... I am capable of doing cardio to any extent though... I try eating differently…
