When it's a female i do...For me more the support the happier i am!I l love all the fitness pals i've made so far!.....And this is a fitness network...tis not like facebook...the same rules don't apply here...people add you for only motivation and support is what i believe... just my opinion :)

Hellew !! I find this community awesome... the more the people on your list to motivate you the better! how did you lose 12 pounds in two weeks...i really just want to lose 10 pounds ... as fast as i can ... im right now 5'4 and 120 pounds...always been a 110 pounds .. want to go back to that

an apple a day keeps the calories away .... ;) do negative calorie foods like celery and cabbages ... it fills you before a meal and actually burns calories!
