It definitely depends on the gym/trainer. I had a trainer once and she was a middle aged lady (nothing against older women here!!) and she was the size of my leg. I felt she was absolutely no help to me at all, and a tooooootal waste of money. But it all depends on your goals and if you really need to extra push and…

I don't get my "runners high" every run, but usually when I do it's after like 6 or 7 miles. I can never get one with a short run, even if it's sprints. Also, try running outdoors if you're only on a treadmill. I find no satisfaction with running on a treadmill.

I tried to do both (I'm training for a marathon in October this year) and I found that I just didn't have the time to do a run anywhere from 1-2 hours plus another hour of lifting. I also have a hard time eating enough to energize myself for all of that, so as of right now I've just been running. It's hard to do, but you…

Lot it and be done with it. Don't step on the scale if you don't want to. I would have gone for the 14 incher.

And then pick them back up again!!! Annnnd then put them back down.

Pretzel burger, fries, diet coke. Why? Because it's delicious.

I used to get side stitches ALL THE TIME when I first started running. When I get them, instead of stopping I try to run through them. If you can, kind of hold your hand on the area where it's hurting and breathe through it as you run. Also, do you try running pretty closely after you finish eating? That's another factor…

Do it!!! If you like it, don't feel like you can't go there "just because you're an adult." Age is just a number girl!

Any type of mileage will be useful. IMO, I hate treadmills for long distance mostly because I get so BORED. When I'm outside the scenery is constantly changing, and if I have a particularly pretty route planned out then it makes it even better. Plus treadmills don't really fully prepare you for the different types of…

With a spoon. Straight into my mouth. Nomnomnom.

Get a food scale. Track everything. Realize how much you are actually eating. Reduce intake if necessary. As for the chocolate and all that, perhaps instead of banning yourself from eating it, allow yourself small portions everyday. That's what I do because if I ban myself from something, I end up stuffing my face with it…

This! And double this about the gels, those things are nasty without chugging some water afterwards. It's hard for me sometimes to drink and run at the same time, so I stop and walk while I drink but pick back up again as soon as I'm done. Do whatever you're able to do though  lololololololololololol
