Hahahaha *raises hand* I've lived here my whole life and I hate the winter more and more every year.

Started mixing up stuff for chocolate chip cookies just to chow down on the cookie dough. No cookies were baked that day. McDonalds cheeseburger inside a McChicken, plus a large fry. That was one of my better drunken nights. Peanut butter + Nutella + big spoon...enough said. This list could go on, but I don't want to make…

This. Now I don't know if you're intending it to sound that way, but to those who think a person struggling with an ED can just pick and choose when he/she decided to starve themselves or binge/purge....I would think those people are morons. Like Graelwyn75 said, it's a mental disorder that goes soooooooooooo much deeper…

It's so seriously true. It's all I ever get. Be warned though - once you try it the regular burrito will never be the same.

Edited because I have issues posting pictures. Screw the burrito bowl, get a quesaritto and be happy.

I hate pushing medication but Sudafed works wonders. I've only had one sinus infection and it hurt like HELL. It kept me from the gym for a while because lifting made me feel horrible. Started taking Sudafed (or Sudaphed?) and it helped the pain/compression sooooo much.

This. Your body doesn't need to be taking pills for everything. Your muscles naturally recover on their own, just give them time and rest and feed them properly

This is definitely something you'd probably want to talk with your doctor and/or therapist (if you have one that is) about. BUT - from experience I can say that working out has helped me tremendously. Whenever I feel like *kitten* about whatever it may be, the second I lace up my running shoes or hit the weight floor it…

Foam rolling hurts so good. I've never tried it, but I could agree with the people who have said the PVC pipe. Just be careful with it at first before you get used to it. Also, a tennis ball works wonders too. It takes a little longer but you're able to press into little spots. I'll sit in front of the TV and rub my calf…

MUD RUNS ARE AWESOME!!! The "showers" we were supplied with for mine were hoses with holes in them. I ended up rinsing off as much as I could and then just made sure to bring and extra towel or two to sit on in the car. Bring/wear anything you'd be ok with potentially getting ruined by mud  Obstacles (for mine) were…

Ahh I love this, so well said  Running can be such a struggle, but the feeling I get when I finish a race or just a leisurely run is the best. Knowing that I was able to push myself both physically and mentally through it...soooo awesoooooome.

Get rid of the junk food and booze in your house, or learn self control. Problem solved

It definitely depends on the gym/trainer. I had a trainer once and she was a middle aged lady (nothing against older women here!!) and she was the size of my leg. I felt she was absolutely no help to me at all, and a tooooootal waste of money. But it all depends on your goals and if you really need to extra push and…
