So I need something else than fruits or veggies as a snack, I can't stand them as a snack, for dinner it's ok but snacking on them is to hard for me, eh. Any other not to bad ideas? I saw some diet pretzels, anything else like that?

I cut Taste of Nature and The Simply bars in half. I always have a stash ready.

I made a fresh batch of Hummus today and scooped it up with mini pretzels. So very good.

Nuts. Six peanuts are one serving.

Single serving cottage cheese or yogurt.

    Expensive but delish, "Moon Cheese"

An ounce of mixed nuts for 170 calories is very satisfying to me.

I just had folks help me out on this on my news feed and I had much this already here.

    Hard boiled Egg
    Nuts
    Seeds
    Dill Pickles
    Beef Jerkey / Turkey Jerky
Celery with PB (favorite of mine and satisfying)
Cheeses (what ever you like in moderation)
Protein shakes and protein bars (yummy)
    Yogurt

Be ware of protein shakes (all though very yummy) to me its not as satisfying and puts calories on your day so I am not sure if you drink some of your daily calories (???

Protein bars are the same as the shakes except they are very satisfying.

I eat 1600 per day and 3 times hockey per day but I don't count my exercise in my diet so I can conpensate my rare sugar rushes.

What did you put in as an activity level?

Because 1600 cals for an 18yo male playing hockey three times a day is very low.

I put normal, because I don't really want to count in my hockey as I don't move much, goaltender. Used IIFYM to calculate my cal intakes to and set it to reckless.

Sugar free / fat free jello mix + flavored carbonated water. Make jello as you normally would, but, substitute the second cup of water with the flavored water. 20 calories and very filling.

Hummus. Love hummus. Also, Calbee's Lentil or Snap pea Crisps in onion & thyme or tomato basil. Delicious.
