The Blaze is great but charging is rubbish very poor design imo. Still a good but of kit

Blaze for me & would not be without it I get 24/7 data feed back to MFP & I find it a big motivation to get moving. HR data is not 100% but very close to the chest strap I wear when running so pretty good for a wrist HR monitor. Fitbit phone & PC software is very good imo & I just love all the detail it gives.

Good going, i'm 3 mins behind you.
-
No harm in logging it but I be worried if you started logging the amount you wee

I have been running for a couple of months now & started off doing 5K in 46 mins so stuck at it got it down to 32 mins then made the mistake of getting obsessed with times & distance. Ran 7 miles last weekend & overstretched myself so cant run at all now as I have strained my left calf muscle so im slower than you, 5K…

Give it a days rest then get out & do it again the pain gets less & less until you crank it up again.

This is the perfect answer you can see whats happening.

I have used Diet Chef in the past & loved the food but it the cost is high for what you get I just could not keep it up. But it is tasty

Yes I'm using Slimfast for a few weeks just to start me off again & it always works for me. What does not work is my choice of food later on & your talking perhaps a year later when I start eating crap, that's when the weight comes back on not because I stopped using the shakes after a few weeks. Shakes have always given…

http://www.jabra.co.uk/products/bluetooth/jabra_sport_/jabra_sport_ They don't sound brilliant but they have never fallen out the fit is amazing.
-
I get this when first starting dieting & starting my workouts so have learned to back off the intensity until I no longer get shaky then over weeks, not days, I work abit harder & find I can avoid the shakes. Just adjust your workout until the feeling stops.
-
If you walk/run alot then the Fitbit is great also it is interesting to see just how much you do move about during the day.
-
Just what I do, it takes away the feeling your missing out & doing this has made no difference to my weight loss over time. Just don't do it all week :)
-
Give it a few weeks then see how fast it comes off, my first two weeks it came off so quick I was alittle alarmed but it soon slowed down to a steady 1.5 lb's a week or so. Just give it a few weeks to settle

Some say the clip on's get lost more easily but I have always got on with the One & it has never fallen off the clip is very strong. I don't think the Force would be much out but I can see arm movements causing a slight difference but whichever you get I think, like me, it is a great help.

I don't know why your so worried about just one day of eating a few cal's over your normal intake, relax & enjoy what you ate that day it wont kill you. As long as you only do this every now & then it wont make any difference to your weight loss over time. If you start getting worried about the odd meal out or take away…

http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/9352687.htm Got this fro Argos a year ago & it has always worked great & only got a new one because I wanted to link my HRM to the PC, my wife is using it now. Perhaps it's abit thicker than others @ double the cost but it works well.
-
Speechless mate, You have put a smile on my face :)
-
Both I have a HRM for cardio workouts & wear the fitbit one all day so I can see how active generally I have been. HRM is a must if you want to workout in a HR zone & stay in that zone & I would not be without my fitbit mainly due to me walking alot, if you don't walk that much then perhaps a HRM is a better option if you…

If your needing to cut back on food just to drink wine then I would be questioning why wine is more important than the nutrition in food. Whats wrong with just a few glasses of wine a week ?
-
So pleased my Boob's are getting smaller, but I am a man & it's not a good look.
-
Yer, if you just want to log steps then a good £10 pedometer is all you need the only difference with my fitbit is that it logs sleep & stairs then logs everything to my phone/PC which is mainly why I wanted one. These things can never know exactly how many cals you burn they just guess the only indicator to your progress…

UK Fitbit one user here & I love the way it works with MFP BUT unless you do lots of walking/Running I can't see the point in having this sort of device. I walk loads so the fitbit is the perfect device for me but if your doing more cardio or weights or classes then a good HRM will be better for you, I got one from Argos…

Knowing that it is just that "A rough patch" which will pass.

No secret just read up on the Scooby website for info on this matter. Yes im gaining muscle & losing fat eating about 400cals per day under maintenance and upping my protein intake, it's very simple so not sure why your so suprised.
-
I think your wrong on that one I have been doing daily cardio & have had no problem increasing my muscle lifting & losing fat, not sure why you think you will loose muscle unless your a very serious body builder. Speak to Scooby he has some great info on this matter
-
Just do the one as it sounds like your not maximising your routine if your doing both. Best give 100% to either cardio or lifting in one secession.

+ 1 Walking has made such a big difference to my anxiety along with my weight loss, it's a great way to focus your mind.
-
+ 1 My Fitbit one & daily walking has made all the difference to me & my steady weight loss.
-
Walking has made all the difference to my weight loss over the last year or so & it's only over the last few months I have been lifting some weights & getting on the cross trainer now my weight is down but before this walking was all I did & lots of it, love walking.
