Thanks everybody! Gwen TurboFire is a beach body workout done by Chalene Johnson. She pioneered PiYo and Turbo Kick that a lot of gyms offer. It's a 12 (or 20 week if you have the advance DVDs) program. Mostly cardio with a little bit of strength training thrown in.

I have three dogs. My oldest is a Cairn Terrier named Remus. He's brown with an under brindle coat, and he's 9. My husband has a Beagle/Bassett named Beagy who was a rescue baby, we don't know how old she is. But she is starting to get white coloring around her face so I assume she's a little older. Our newest baby is in…

I work night shift, so pulling my butt out of bed to exercise before work is horrible. I've been taking my rest day for the week during a day I work because I can't force myself to work out on those days.

I wore my fitbit while I did turbo fire. (I also wore my HRM.). FitBit logged me like 500 calories for that time (I think.). And MFP I logged myself at 591. (My HRM showed 630.). So is there anyway to get rid of the Fitbit 500 added on, because then it looks like I had double the exercise.

Okay so I'm only now finished with week 5. But you wanted fat people results. (I've lost no pant sizes. Actually I take that back I was probably a tight 18 still squeezing into my old old 16 pants. So I've probably gone from an 18 to a comfortable 16.). I've lost three inches off my waist, three off around my navel, one on…

I love Shakeology. I put peanut butter in mine with just plain water. I use it a lot of the time as a desert. Or an actual meal replacement when I work because it's quick and easy and I can sip it as I'm running back and forth. (I'm a nurse, so I don't get time to sit and chill and eat for very long.)

I had several. From In A Tub I would order 7 tacos. 7!! From McDonalds I would get a super size big mac meal with fries, and an oreo mcflurry. Or at my worst I would go to Sonic. I would order a super double sonic burger with mayo, ketchup, mustard. A large chili cheese tator tot, a route 44 cherry limeade and a medium…

I have never ever been skinny! I weighed 136 in fifth grade! I was 215 in 8th grade and 245 by the time I graduated high school. I weigh less now than I did in 8th grade. That is crazy to me. So. Really, I would just like to be a healthy weight for once in my entire life, and not on track to an early grave.

Height: 5"5 Heaviest: 258 Lightest: 196 Current: 206 (probably a little less but I am not weighing myself for another week. Only once every two weeks.) Goal: 140!!

My husbands ideal body is Christina Hendricks. Giant boobies and nice curvy hips/thicker. He has already stated he doesn't want me to get too small. (Like his idea of small is a size 6 and below.). We will see though. He's being frustrating about it. But I want to get to where I want to be for myself, not for him. I…

I'm trying to only weigh myself every 2 weeks. I started obsessing over the scale a few years back and would get so frustrated that I would weigh myself every day and see nothing. So I've learned from that and will see how I do on weighing every 2 weeks,

I started my journey as a college sophomore at 258lbs. Dropped to 207 and stopped. Maintained for two years between 205-212. Then I got engaged and dropped to about 194 and stay there till after the wedding. I have now shot back up to 215 and would love to get to 140. So not quite 100lbs unless you count what I have…

I'm there, add me! I currently weigh 215. Having been down to 192 right before my wedding, and as high as 258 my sophomore year of college. I would love to get to 140lbs.
