I am actually only 5' 7" and 1/2, but I figured I am pretty close! I am 135 pounds and usually a size 8/10. I am a pear shape, so my behind is quite large... :explode: Because I wear a size 3/4 or Small shirts! :ohwell: At least I got some great curves! more or less... :tongue:

Thanks, I think I'll try that. I heard it might be iron, that some people are just really sensitive to it. Maybe I can find one with less iron.

I didn't give any reasons not to follow it, I just said it is difficult for me to, and would love if I could get the support to overcome it. Personally, I really want to be left alone, but a friend of mine said I should get help, so that is why I made this thread. Sorry if I sounded like an idiot.
