Peanut butter in oatmeal?
How do you do it? Do you put it in while it is cooking, or add it after? I usually put 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon in while it is cooking, then add a mashed banana, but I want something different. So should I put cinnamon in while it is cooking, and then add PB after? Or what?

Burning question for video
How should I log this? How many calories do you reckon it burns? The site says it could burn up to 300 calories for someone with similar stats to me (5'7" female 127 pounds 18 yrs.) For some reason, 30 day shred level two seemed harder today than it was yesterday. Was it because I didn't eat too much for breakfast, because I wasn't really hungry? Maybe I am just going too hard too soon. Or maybe I am just tired. Anyone else have this problem? Should I try level one for a few more days? Am I overdoing…

Its 7:30 Pm where I am and I am feeling a bit hungry, I have about 150 calories left today. Do you think a plout (cross between a plum and an apricot) WOuld be OK? Protein shake before bed?
I am trying to tone and I need more protein in my diet. But the only time I am hungry is about 8:30 PM. I go to bed around 10:30-11:00. Would drinking half or a whole pure protein shake before bed be OK? It won't turn into fat instead of muscle will it? (I know that sounds stupid, but I am just checking! :laugh: )
