Jessica Smith calories burned?

Hey everyone,
So, I have recently been doing Jessica Smith workouts (jessicaSmithTV.com) Because I love that she has a planned class schedule, which doesn't leave me with guess work as what to do for my days workout.
The problem is, I am not quite sure how many calories I am burning with her workouts. I don't have a calorie counter yet, and I am saving up for a good one eventually. But until then, if any of ya'll do her workouts with a calorie counter, would you tell me your height and weight, and how many calories you burned, so I at least have a very rough estimate of what I should put down? I know this will NOT be accurate, but I am just curious...
Thanks!

I know this isn't the answer you are looking for. but her free workouts are all so different that there is simply no way to give any kind of estimate. some of her workouts are 10 min, some are 45 min, some are 30 min. and then, some are beginner level walking, some are HIIT, some are just strength training. Her workouts probably burn anywhere from 30 (for the 10 min workouts) to 300 calories I am guessing. the 300 is on the high side, but I guess a heavier person could burn that in one of her intense long workouts.
she answered your question on her website, by the way! this is the best answer:

I'm 5'5 and weigh 159 lbs, i burnt 207 with her 30 minute walk work out. And when i do her hiit 10 minute work out ( a blue background) i burn 153 on average. Keep in mind I always slow down after some time during the 10 minute work out and end up doing lower intensity than what she calls low intensity1
