Burning question for video

How should I log this? How many calories do you reckon it burns? The site says it could burn up to 300 calories for someone with similar stats to me (5'7" female 127 pounds 18 yrs.) Does that sound too high??? If I log it as strength training, it only says 100 calories, which seems a bit low. Help!?!?:flowerforyou: :ohwell:

I just log everything that feels the same cardio intensity as jogging at 100 cal per 10 minutes, or on MFP: running 10 minute mile (for same amount of time as your workout).0

I go by what they say and subtract 50-100 from their average. Otherwise if you want more accuracy you'll need a hrm.0 -

So, does about 200-250 sound about right?0 -
That's how I've done it since highschool and it's always worked for me... I ballpark everything and I guess it all averages out... knowing your own body over time is more reliable than a hr monitor or an online calculator...0

OK, just looking for a fairly accurate estimate. I put it down as about 2000
