Fitness blender?

Anyone have any experiences with fitness blender and their workouts? I am trying to tone my muscles, and have been doing some of their full body ones (strength training for fat loss, Kelly's favorite, etc) I really feel it and want to know if anyone has had any success doing fitness blender, what were your favorites? Did you make up a routine? Will body weight and dumbbell exercises like this help tone me? (I am using 5, 10, and 15 pounders depending on which exercise) Any help is greatly appreciated! :flowerforyou:

I like fitness blender. I did one of their functional full body with weights for fat loss and got great results in the month or so I did it regularly. The site is lacking in features b/c you can create an account but that doesn't do anything, you can't make a playlist or keep track of your workouts, but I like having a video and different choices every time so I don't get bored. I only have time for 2 or 3 workouts a week so I prefer full body strength training I don't do one body part at a time I'm just too busy. But the site has so many choices seems you can find anything that will work for you.

I use fitness blender all the time, I like the fact that there are so many to choose from to prevent getting bored. I've had some great results from doing them :)

Fitnessblender is absolutely great. I can't say where to start though because there's just SO much and I mainly go for the HIIT workouts to supplement with my sandbag training.

I completed Jillian Michaels 30 day shred last week and thought I would now try the Fitness Blend videos on You Tube. OMG, I did a Cardio HIIT and it was really really tough. Think I will try strength training tomorrow. There are so many to choose from.

Cool, I am mainly doing the full body weight toning one and the strength training for fat loss. Hope to see some changes in a weeks time!

Haven't seen the brazilian one yet but will give Kelli's favourite bodyweight a go. Looks easy and achievable now but am sure in the morning once I have attempted it I might have another thought :)

Wish they would incorporate some toons with it though. Don't get time to get music set up in the morning as well as work out. Some great workouts, can do a different one every day.

How are you all logging the workouts for the fitness blender. Kelli's favourite for instance is strength but I was puffed out as much as if I had done cardio.

I was just logging it as calisthenics heavy effort. For about 150-200 calories, depending on how hard I push myself. Does that sound about right?

I bought myself some weights today after using bottles of water thinking I would be better off using proper weights Thought I would be able to start off at 2.3kg, no chance 1.1kg lol Guess I need to work up to the heavier ones :)
