zero/low carb foods?

I need to up my calories today, but my carbs are already at 94, my goal is to stay below 100. Are there any foods out there that are super low in carbs, but higher in calories and protein?

Your 18 years old with very little weight to lose...it is OK to have more than 100 grams of carbs. Just be careful.

I have been told to stay under 100 carbs a day... Don't know why... Sadly, I LOVE bread...

Eat the bread then. I ate half a loaf the other day. Didn't hurt me.

Bread won't prevent or cause a plateau.

^^^^ You've probably plateau'd because you are eating less than 1200 calories a day. Your metabolism has slowed down to accommodate insufficient calorie intake. Most people's BMR is 1300 calories. Eating below that puts a lot of stress on the body, slows metabolism and causes plateaus. As indicated by your ticker you have very little to lose. You need to increase your calories. Eat more to weigh less. BTW - how much do you currently weight and how tall are you?

You're staying at 100 carbs per day? Are you pre-diabetic or diabetic? Do you have insulin resistance?

If not, then find out why you were told to stay under 100 carbs per day. If you don't have those metabolic issues, then you can and should eat more than 100.

Eat more food, lift heavy, and you'll get the 'toned' (hate that word) body youre looking for.
