i think i need help
I know I don't eat enough, but I feel super guilty if I eat and I haven't earned it. I do 35 minutes of circuit training before I allow myself to eat lunch, and I try to walk before supper. I have school, so I am not super active, so i feel if i don't move a lot, i shouldn't eat. and i feel really miserable on rest days.

any suggestions? Something easy and quick, I heard that you need to avoid fat after a workout, is this true?
