Exercise video questions
So, at goodwill I got this old body toning exercise video, it is 1989 sports illustrated super shape up program- body sculpting. You can google it. I want to do it with 5-8 lb. handweights, do you think it will work? As in, do you think I will get some deffinition? I want to do it 3 times a week.

Just curious how many sticks of gum you people chew in a day. And do you log it? Some days, I chew up to 10 sticks! Is this bad? It is sugar free and everything... Just wondering

I am trying to do the thing where you put your meals in in advance, how does tomorrow look so far for me?
