haha very funny...:tongue: what I mean is that my folks (yes, I still live with them...) Are very stick and don't allow ANYTHING into the house without them looking at it first. And they already think I shouldn't be doing this... I don't know why... probably jealous I am finally doing something about my health!

Are you sure 8 lbs is enough to tone? I am hearing many people say it is not enough. I don't care if I get a lot of muscle or not (it would be nice, butt...) I just don't want to be as flabby.

But I feel that if I eat more and not exercise like crazy, I will just gain fat. I don't exercise I whole lot because I don't have time orwill power. Usually just a 30 minute brisk walk now and then.

I have been feeling so crappy all week, and I know I need to strength train, but I have no will power or energy.

actually, the 15 minutes does NOT include my 5-10 minute warm up. And I actually am seeing progress, I can see muscles in my arms and legs and belly, and I am not quite as flabby. Here is what I do: 30 squats 20 lunges 30 leg lifts each leg 30 crunches 30 reverse crunches 20 second plank 3 sets 10 reps weight lifts (8 lbs) 3 sets 10 reps Bicep curls (8 lbs) 12 push ups 3 sets 10 reps Tricep kickbacks Stretch Is this enough?

Me too, I take a 10 mg and it takes it at least an hour to start working. It also gives me very vivid and sometimes quite strange dreams. No nightmares yet, so that's good.

Quit the Mountain Dew. I know its hard, but that is a TON of sugar. And your body converts sugar to fat if it is not being used as energy. Slowly reduce to only 1 can a day, than reduce to none. ONLY WATER. This should work! Good luck!:drinker:
