Me too! Love it! 120 calories for 2 slices! Yum, now I want a PBJ (Smuckers natural creamy PB, Polamer sugar free seedless blackberry preserves, and 2 slices Natures own 100% whole wheat bread... Yum!) My lunch of choice! :smile: :drinker: :bigsmile:

I did originally want to get down to about 120, but I am OK where I am at now. I really don't enjoy exercise, that is why I only strength train 45 minutes a week. So I figure it will take longer for me to tone up, but I am not in a big hurry. I just feel that I am eating to much. Do you think that I could stay at 1200…

I wouldn't mind losing about 5 more pounds or so, but I am OK with what I am at now. I just want to lose some flab, and I am getting a bit of muscle tone. But mainly I want to maintain.

Thanks, I am really trying to up my calories, but I had an eating disorder that I guess is not completely cleared up. I am actually already toning in some areas. I don't wear bikinis or anything, so I want to look OK naked, I would just like to be able to not have rolls show through my clothes, and not jiggle when I walk.…

I drink tons of water and I am working on adding more exercise, but I am really just toning, which I don't usually add, I do about 130 minutes of toning exercises a week (I am a beginner)
