Its actually just in a gym with soup and pastries at each table. I am dressing up as a dirty peasant! I will have mud and junk all over me and everything!

I have been measuring, but I only lost 1 inch around my tummy, and about 1 1/2 inches on my waist. :grumble:

I've only lost 1 pound, but I don't have much to lost. I think I am noticing I am a little toner. AM I doing something wrong?

I track my sodium, but I am under 1000 almost everyday, and if I plain accordingly, i think I could fit it in.

Actually, its 5pm to 9pm. I can't eat at work, and I can't sleep if I eat too late. I am a waitress, so I am running around and on my feet that whole time.

I have been on my journey for about 4-5 months, I lost 30 pounds prior to joining MFP. I have been on MFP for about 2 months I think and have only lost 5 pounds, but I am OK with my 130 pounds I am, I just want to tone and lose some more bf Edit to say that the firs 3 months, I only walked and did some light stretching too!

This happens to me too, would like to know. When I am doing dumbbell flies on the ground, my left shoulder sometimes locks up and pops as well... I use 10 pound weights.

I second this! I use Poliner sugar free strawberry preserves, 2 tbls. and 1/4 cup sunflower seeds! So yummy!:heart: Now i am hungry...:grumble:
