I went the cheap route and got the Chocolate Body Fortress Whey from Walmart. I throw a cup of Walmart frozen fruit (mango, pineapple, strawberries), a cup of skim milk, and a scoop of powder in the blender for 30 seconds when I get home from the gym and I think it tastes great!

Are you referring to Net calories (after working out) or Gross calories (what you eat total)?
