If you start working out and working out persistently then your body will get stronger and you will feel better. Then you will have more energy and you will want to work out.

This. If you don't train yourself how to eat well then you are seriously going to hurt yourself in the long run! Not to mention if you ever have a family how are you going to train your kids to eat right?

You have a choice to make. If you want the change then the answer is keep going. You could restructure a few things to make the time crunch easier on yourself or exercise in the morning. .. There is always an answer you just have to make the decision and if you quit then one thing will absolutely happen - not what you want…

My basic is Grilled Chicken Breast (boneless skinless) sliced thin, Sprinkled with cheese (melted) / 1/2 cup fresh salsa ( the kind where you only see the veggies not the sauce kind) and baked scoops. I've had it A LOT so I am thankful for your post :)

I am 5'1" and I calculated that I need more than the 1200. Research BMR and TDEE on google. You would be surprised. Some people lose on 1200 some don't it just depends on you :) Good Luck!! You can friend me if you want. It is definitely a journey :)
