You don't have to up portions just change to calorie rich food: example dairy, nuts, etc. It can be really healthy foods - it does not have to be junk food

What she said. I am 5 13/4. so about 108 ish. I have weighed 114 before and I felt weak. My goal is 110 but if I look and feel good with enough muscle mass at 125 I'll stop

Figure out your BMR and TDEE and plan your meals. You planned them to lose weight. Your smart enough to plan them to gain.

What is your water intake? You can't get rid of it if you don't flush it out. try drinking 8 to 10 - 8 oz glasses of water daily ( I am a big hypocrite at this point- water is the bane of my life) BUT I see a significant drop of weight if I work out AND consume enough water. Not drinks- water.

Gotta have my coffee. Drop the creamer by 1/2 once a week until you are putting only a tsp in then see if you still like coffee. If the answer is no then drink less and less each week until you are barely taking a few sips then cut it. If you do it all at once then you are going to have a major headache and cravings.…
