Wow!!! You look a totally different (and younger) person! Awesome job! :) What did you do besides Zumba and use MFP?

I lost about 30 pounds plus I was nursing an infant. I lost all that weight, plus stopped nursing, and I went from a DD to barely a C. That's a big change. I'm deflated, literally. I don't mind the smaller breasts but hate that they are deflated. :(

WOW!!!!!!! Great job! :)

I used them to help lose the initial 15 pounds....but I also just started eating less (portion control) and tracking everything on MFP. I didn't mind the taste but snacking helped a lot. Whatever way helps you lose some and works for you, go for it! :)

You may need to up your protein intake. How many g are you currently getting in?

Can you add things to it...like sugar free jello pudding mixes and sugar free coffee syrups and spices? I use Herbalife meal replacement powders and have found a million types of recipes out there. Just not sure what is safe for diabetics? For example, I added to my vanilla powder: applesauce (natural), cinnamon, and…

I have started upping my protein count the last week or so! So I'm close to that ratio! (trying really hard) Feel free to add me! :)

Make sure you buy the FULL package (with the Core20, Tone30, Sculpt30). It should come with the resistance bands. Those workouts really make the program come alive, otherwise it's just cardio! Loved TurboFire! Was a little rough on my knees but you should be fine if you did Insanity! Have fun!

Measuring out my food servings (portion control) and move more!!! :)

All I can say is WOW!!!! From 14,000 calories in one day to 1600!!! I'm sure your body thanks you tremendously!!!!

I'm about 5'6 and half inches! I started around 172 lbs. in the summer. Then I replaced two meals a day with SlimFast and watched my portions for dinner. I also started doing Jillian Michaels's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism video at least 5 days a week. (cardio type workout for 45 minutes) Oh, and I tracked everything on MFP…

I guess it depends on how you want to use it. For under $30, I bought an Oster My Blender. It's the size of a sports water bottle. I use it to make my post-workout smoothies. It's perfect for single serve and VERY easy on the cleanup!

Your local library should have videos to rent... Or ask your friends. They are bound to have a video or two stashed somewhere they aren't using anymore!! My faves: Jillian Michaels' Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and any walking video by Leslie Sansone (which you can find on YouTube)

Baking ingredients like flour, sugar, butter... (and I like to make things from scratch a lot....so I am always creating "recipes" on here and I'm shocked by the calories) Oh, and I'm shocked by the calories/fat/sodium of most big chain restaurants...and how grilled chicken isn't much better than the fried version in most…

1/4-1/2 cup of cottage cheese with grapes (or whatever fruit you like) yogurt (low cal or Greek low cal) carrot, celery, red peppers with hummus

Yesterday I put on the bathing suit I wore this summer to the beach...and it looks a million times better and isn't tight! Definitely a NSV for me! :)

^^^ agree with not depriving myself of anything. The key is moderation! And chew gum/brush your teeth, that does help at times! But this time of the year it IS very hard for me to resist the sweets and cheese tray and....you get my point. I will get back on track after the new year!!!! Good luck!!!
