I love chocolate so I toss a few Nestle's "dark chocolate" morsels -- just a few and it adds a delight chocolate favor to the oatmeal. While I know making oatmeal yourself is better, for work purposes, I use the instant and add the morsels to it so I can eat it at work.

Do I have to pick just one??? Probably my biggest downfall is chocolate. Is that food? I feel it's a real NEED -- not want. When it comes to "food" -- I love anything Mexican.

OK..I'm a few days behind but I think this would be very motivating. I would like to join. I too, have a step counter like a fitbit...mine is Jawbone. Thank you everybody for your thoughts. You all just reminded me the reason I joined weight watchers many years ago was because I bought a package of Reese's peanut butter cups and I went to reach for the second cup and it was gone!!! Maple and Brown Sugar Instant oatmeal and I have just started adding 12 dark chocolate Nestle's morsels(the mini morsels). Oh my gosh.....I can't wait for breakfast tomorrow! Not only is the dark chocolate good for me, it satisfies my sweet tooth that I have even in the morning!
