I had a bad kidney infection and was put in the hospital. Tea is one of the things I wasn't allowed to drink. So now I drink decaf green tea. And rarely drink any other kind

Green tea is amazing! I drink the one with blackberry and pomegranate. Don't drink any other kind of tea anymore because I've been told it's bad for your kidneys. But I tried green tea and fell in love with it. Especially the superfruit. Don't know if it helps with weight loss or anything though.

I thought it was a little more difficult with 5lb weights. 3lbs was much better. next time I do 30DS I'll be using 5lbs though

I'd like to go from a 16 to a 14. Almost there. After 20 days I could button a 14 but it's tight. Hoping it wont be tight in another 7 days!

I use 3lb weights. I'm going to do 30ds when I lose more weight and then I'm going to use 5lb weights. It gets easier each day. I did day 2 of level 3 today and it kicks my butt. It's not as bad as level 1 and 2. Just keep pushing. Yall can do it!

And don't be scared! It isn't too bad. After 20 days I was even able to wear a size 14. I've worn a 16 for years! You're going to love this workout! And by the time you wanna quit you're already halfway through. I find that level 3 goes by faster though.

Its a great workout. Just wish I lost more than 3 pounds but then again you also build muscle. I have a blog with before and after pics from day 1 to day 10 I think? You can go look at it. But in 9 days as long as I take no breaks I'll post my before and after from day 1 to day 30.

I've actually only lost 3 pounds. You lift weights so I'm building muscle too. I've lost inches just not sure how much. Its a great work out

I'll have final results in 9 days (: I love 30 day shred and can't wait to see day 30! Hopefully by the end I'll be under 190. So close to that too!

I plan on getting back on track tomorrow. I may not have been working out but I tried to stick to eating healthy. I worked out every day for three weeks and it became a habit til I got sick :/ And I feel horrible because I couldn't work out. But I knew if I did I'd throw up. If I could I would go for a walk right now, but…

That's not my problem. I've been sick. And haven't wanted to get up and work out. Especially with how bad my head keeps hurting. I love to work out. I'm just having trouble getting back into it. And some people may not need motivation or support, but I find that it helps me! Which is why I ASKED for it.
