Yes - I cannot get onto the home page because it gives me an error.

I haven't wanted to eat too much either. I just try to stay hydrated and do more meal planning to adjust for the heat.

The WW formula takes into account that people will eat x amount of fruits and veggies in a day. You are not supposed to eat excessively, even with food that are meant to be "free". When I was on WW, our leader told us how she actually gained 5lbs cause she would eat several pounds of grapes a day while she was at work.…

I think it can. I remember when I started working with a personal trainer, we had a discussion about why I wasn't losing much weight despite the fact I was staying within my calories. When he saw that I was eating bread at every meal, he told me I should eat more brown rice, quinoa, etc. and less bread. So based on what…

I was reading what you had said, and this part stood out to me: "This time it was my mom i went down to eat i was having a major binging moment i know i slipped but it was the FIRST *kitten* day and she's talking *kitten* like saying im always making excuses and that its always my first day. " Do you have to eat with your…

I'm on Weight Watchers, even though it's only been recently that I started counting points again for meals. I like going to meetings because it's a good place for accountability, support, and you are among others who want to lose weight. At meetings they give you pamphlets to read centered around the topic of the week. I…

I agree that you have to determine what is causing you to binge. At first it may be hard to figure out what your triggers are, but the more you make yourself aware, the easier it will be to get them under control. sometimes it can be certain foods that cause you to eat without knowing when to stop. Other times it could be…

I'm looking for more people to add, so I'll add you as well.

I think @kateyb94 should make a new thread and share her favorite recipes, including how to cook the food. Both the crepes and the meatloaf sound yummy ^^ And OP I hope you find that balance that you are looking for. I am still finding it myself, but it seems to be getting a tad easier.

I like drinking flavored seltzer water, and herbal tea. I never really liked colas because they contain phosphoric acid and have a stronger taste than the lemon-lime varieties. I also on occasion like to drink Live Kombucha soda - it tastes just like a soda but healthier for you. If it is indeed a caffeine addiction, then…

What sort of activities that you want to do that you are not able to do in the city? If you can figure out what you like to do, you can find similar activities in the city. For food, maybe think of new recipes that you would like to make? Then you can buy what you need and cook it, and have yummy leftovers readily…

When I had tennis elbow I went to the doctor, and he recommended PT. I couldn't laterally raise anything with that arm. The PT had me do strengthening exercises like machine weights and dumbells, and I rode a bike for warm ups. Then I went into a room where someone else did ultrasound treatment on my arm and heating pads…

Have you tried stretching after you exercise, targeting your calf muscles? I know when I don't properly do a cool down stretch my muscles tend to be more sore.

Lol oh wow that's funny

Green & Black's dark chocolate is really strong, so if you aren't used to eating that sort of chocolate, I would imagine that it would give you (or anyone else) issues if too much is eaten at once.

I had lost 5 lbs and then when that time of the month came, I gained it all back. I was so frustrated but I kept tracking in MFP. A week after I lost the 5 lbs, as well as 2 more lbs. We all have feelings of whether what we are doing is actually going to make a difference. It does though, and soon you will get that…

I agree - if you're gaining inches and aren't tracking what you eat, you may be eating a bit more than what you think. If that is the case, I'm sure when you make the necessary adjustments you will go back down.

I like weighing myself every day so I can see how my weight fluctuates. I can do this because I'm looking at my weight loss from week to week, and if I have a gain, I can usually pinpoint as to why and how it happened.

The important thing is to keep yourself around people who are supportive. Sometimes it means that you can't tell too many people because of the lack of support or the pressure you might feel to "perform". And I think that's okay. About the losing 15-20 lbs goal. I had someone who was older than me once say that she wanted…

I use baby spinach and kale when I make my smoothies. I read somewhere that the baby kind doesn't have as strong of a taste as the regular ones. When I make smoothies I blend the following: - Baby spinach or baby kale with 1/2 cup - 1 cup of almond milk - mixed berries or pineapple chunks (fresh pineapple when I can get…

I like garlic and Parmesan cheese on my Skinny Pop popcorn ^^

I think it depends on what size you were to begin with. I know for bigger sizes you probably need to lose as much as 20 lbs before you can go down a size. Also, different clothing brands have different measurements, so even though you may have gone down 1 size in Brand A, you still would be the same size in Brand B.
