After exercising for a few weeks, I found I had enough stamina to run for a few minutes on the treadmill (trying to work up to 5 k run) but I could not keep on going because my legs got super tired. I was not out of breath just my legs were dead. Little by little things improved. It does get easier.

From experience with our labs, I would recommend Taste of the Wild and also Chicken Soup for the Soul dog food (I know, weird name). All our labs have done well on both food.

So peolpe are saying that it is possible he got cancer because he used drugs. Not sure where they get that. I hear you and feel the same way. Sometimes I look at a dairy and wonder how someone can keep up what they do (eating empty calories, lots of packaged foods and eating jung junk food) and still lose weight. Lucky them.... but I know from experience that it will catch up to them. I wish everybody the best and keep on doing…
