Having surgery - Question
I will be having surgery early in the new year and will be inactive for at least 8 weeks (no lifting more than a book-kind of inactive). I am horse lover and equestrian and I have been on MFP for over a month now. It has helped me get focused and stay focused. WTF... SCALE???
The scale is not moving, I am drinking water, working out (not alot but still...) and I am eating right. WTF is going on???? I am now concentrating on measurements instead of the number on the scale. But, let's be honest... if that number doesn't go down... it will be hard to keep going. Sorry for the WTF. ...:-)

Skin and weight loss
Question: I have already lost 15 pounds and I need to drop an additional 60 or so pounds. I am 5'3", 40ish and I am kind of pear shaped. I am afraid sagging skin will be an issue. I would love to hear from others about their experience with this problem and how I can minimize it. Thanks

NSV - my first
The scale has not shown a loss in two days (pretty depressing) BUT this morning, I tried on and was able to fit into TWO pairs of pants that were too thight a few weeks ago. AND, I have one pair, with tags still on, that are now too BIG. OMG, it's working! :-)

Down today, not weight just me
Today, for some reason, has been very hard for me. I have kept to my plan since August 24-35 when I started and I have lost 6 pounds so far. I really want to go out for dinner, like really, really bad. That's all I have been thinkning about for the past few days. Should I just do it and move on?

Eggs - how many is to many?
I have been eating 7 whole eggs and 7 egg whites every week, that 14 eggs per week. Is that too many? I would love to hear what you think.
