Those crazy diets with low-cal and injections don't work in the long term and are super $$$$. I know someone you did this, lost 80 pounds quickly, she looked amazing.... then stopped and gained it ALL back PLUS some more weight. I don't know you so I can't really give you specific advice. I will however tell you what works…

Push ups are the hardest thing for me. When I did the 30-day shred, I did wall push ups at first. I still can't do too many regular push ups but I am working on it.... slowly. Keep at it, it does get better.

Fell off the wagon, roll down the hill and I am in a ditch right now. I am trying to get back on track. At least I can be proud of going to the gym a few times since last Friday. Darn snow storms are not helping, it has been very hard getting around and it is snowing again today.
