Go ahead, check out my dairy - input please!

CHECK OUT my food diary. I am wondering if I am on the right track, I am losing weight but not sure if I am eating enough.

    I looked at the last 3 days
    yes you need to eat more,
    the food is v healthy though
    not much processed food at all, only bread and a bikkie

    have you set to a 2lb loss?
    set to half to one pound a week and log your exercise
    eat most of your exercise cals too

    you can at least eat your egg yolks with the white, much tastier and heaps of goodies in there

    It looks pretty good, but if you are hungry, I agree you could probably eat some more and set your goals to a slightly slower weight loss.
