I agree 100%! Walking at a brisk pace (around 3.5) and on an incline can definitely work up a sweat and burn some serious calories and fat!

I didn't realize my calorie were so low because I felt full. I don't really eat "diet" foods. I eat chicken, steak, eggs, and vegetables. I log everything and I use a heart rate monitor with a chest strap.

Yes I only drink water and I rarely eat fruit due to the high carb counts they contain.

I think HIIT workouts are great and seem to have quick results! Also cutting out any type of soda, fast food, or junk food. I usually drink tea sweetened with splenda when I have a sweet tooth, or replace sugar with splenda in recipes. I also try to switch up my workouts so that I don't get bored as quickly which seems to…
