I dont have any help, but do want to see the responses you get. I am like you and do a lot of cardio. I have gotten a few ideas from Pinterest (weight exercises to do and which ones to do together etc.).

I'm on my 3rd rodeo. Lost 20 and gained it back and some more from just being lazy. Stripped tracking and working out and just ate everything in sight. I would love to get it off and keep it off. Tomorrow is my 1st day back at the gym and that always helps me get my eating under control. I dont like to workout for nothing.…

I had a hysterectomy in October and was so miserable during my recovery that I promised myself I would lose weight when I was healed from my surgery. I have lost 15 since then and have struggled but I have always struggled unfortunately:( Maybe someone has some really helpful tips for us. Good luck.

Most comments you are going to get are going to say that you can't do it and how bad it is for you, but from what I have learned, you can do it.
