I almost drank a half gallon of decaf green and pomegranate iced tea last night because I was so refreshing. Funny thing is that I drank it before but it seemed unusually refreshing last night. Don't be too hard on yourself and remember that tomorrow is another day. Weekends are sometimes challeging for me too. Maybe we should try to treat the weekends like weekdays- plan the meals,water intake, snacks & exercise. However, remember that we are amazing & every day can be a learning experience

I use unsalted butter in small amounts and in recipes that call for butter. I prefer the taste of good ole fashion butter even it doesn't have salt=0)
