Holy smokes.....i nearly ate the whole packet (another 4) but put it into MFP first and that stopped me. I have been having the massive sugar cravings all day and eaten *other* sinful foods but within my calories....Now its all about damage control.

    oh god i love jammy dodgers!!!

    i can't buy them, i would just eat the packet lol. i've just started buying the little snack packs of them you get if i fancy them.

    When I looked it up this is what i got: Jammie Dodgers are a popular British biscuit, made from shortbread and raspberry flavored plum jam. :happy:
