Wow! This is all great! I have about 35 lbs to lose and just started the new P90 by Tony Horton. It's a combination of cardio and strength training. I would like to incorporate more though, per these pics! Any suggestions if I'm not a part of a gym. I do have dumbbells I could work with.. any help would be appreciated!

Thanks! That's what I'm thinking! I not sure I can be that restricted with anything. It's just that those that are actually Paleo, PRAISE the change they've seen with removing carb/wheat from the diet.

And that's where I'm torn.. b/c I've read of some benefits from ridding the body of grains from other users that's amazing!

I'm beginning to think the same .. Eat well and in portions! Not sure about giving up legumes!! I thought as long as it grew in the ground or on a tree its as good as it gets!

I'm totally with you on the potatoes. I'm not sure how that or dairy would work.. can one really 'train' cravings? I've had friends with some success

OMG, and this was my thoughts! I wasn't sure how a sweet potato was Paleo, but the other is not. I'm not sure I could construct a meal without a simple carb. Just confused how if that grows , when does it become unnatural. And beans?? I'm not sure, but def open minded.

Hey! I'm just about to start the new Power 90. I did the older one as well. I had 70 days down,and did see loss of about 18 lbs, and of course, life happened :neutral_face: How's it been going for you? Pros/ Cons? Are you doing the diet plan as well?

Yay! So I started this on Monday, so I'm so glad that I found this group. This is my first time doing 30DS and hoping for some good results. I'm on Day 4 and phew -_- my legs! One question I did have was if this was supposed to be 30 straight days, no rest days? Let's do this guys!!

That's funny! Just thought about trying this myself. I'm on the my 3rd day of 30 Day Shred, and my legs are so weak, that they shake in workout. I never realized just how bad it was.
