I'm in if it' not too late..I have 10 ponds to lose total, and to have it gone by new years would be great. I think Iwould do better if I had a RL buddy, but out here in the boonies leaves me lonely and bored...the cold weather doesn't help either. Here's to trying.

I got the Danskin from walmart..$27...they work great for me. I can really feel it in my calves, thighs, and butt after my walk. I've only had them a short time so no noticable difference yet, but I'd say they'll do the trick.

Just reading the posts made me feel better about my "bad day yesterday, and you're all right. We all need that one day that we don't weigh and measure. I felt terrible at first after seeing the scales this morning, but now I know I need to pay attention again.

I too would be interested in this "juice fasting" if it works, but I would probably only try it for a few days..maybe the weekend when I have a tendancy to cheat. I am having a hard time losing these last 10 pounds, Ineed a reboot or something, but don't want to starve myself.

I want that rockin bod next summer and for all the guys to be jealous of my hubby. I started out a year ago at a size US 16, and am now a 9-10. It took me from Feb to Aug to lose 30 pounds and since then I haven't lost any....up a few, down a few...so I joined MFP to see if I can get those last 10-15 by next summer. I hate plataeus...lol.

What I do...exercise in front of him, or tell him all I did while he's at work. Count my own calories out loud. Look at the nutritional value at the grocerie store...he hates it when I say "I can't eat that", and I try to suggest to him things he can do to get a little workout or cardio in...if he's home I try to get him…

It's been about 2 months now. I don't think he drinks ANY water, and I probably can't get him too. I tried to get him to write down everything he eats, but he leaves that all up to me. Thanks. i need all the help Ican get right now. Winter is upon us and it's hard for me to get outside. I guess I should suck it up and put more clothes on and just go.
