I am usually around 500. I save for the night because it is the time I am the most weak. I find that a healthy dinner that fills me makes me less prone to wanting to snack at night. Thats just me though.

I have heard that you can tone your shins by walking on the heels of your feet. Do it for so many min. a day and you will strengthen the muscles that flap on the bone when you run. That is what causes shin splints.

It seems to be helpful to me when I drink hot cocoa. Krogers has this swiss mix diet hot cocoa that is only 25 cal per packet. I couldn't believe it the first time I tried it. It was better than all the other cocoas I drank before my diet.

To get my cardio in it took me a while to figure out how to keep wanting to do it. But finally I have found that it takes me listening to a book on tape by some of my favorite authors. This keeps me coming back for more because I want to find out whats going to happen next.
